Each hosting plan includes specific resource limits (CPU, memory, disk space, bandwidth). You must not exceed these limits or attempt to circumvent them. If you require additional resources, please upgrade to an appropriate plan or contact us for custom solutions.
We monitor resource usage and may suspend accounts that consistently exceed limits or impact other customers' services.
6. Backup and Data Responsibility
While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your data and content. We are not liable for data loss, regardless of the cause. We recommend maintaining off-site backups of critical data.
7. Compliance with Laws
You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations when using our services. This includes laws related to data protection, privacy, consumer protection, and intellectual property.
8. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to abuse@aryehandassociates.com. Include as much detail as possible, including URLs, timestamps, and evidence of the violation.
9. Enforcement
