5. Payment Terms

5.2 Billing
Services are billed in advance on an annual or monthly basis, as selected during purchase. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid and up to date.
5.3 Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new hosting accounts. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase. Domain registrations and certain add-on services are non-refundable.
5.4 Late Payments
If payment is not received by the due date, we may suspend or terminate your services. We reserve the right to charge late fees and interest on overdue amounts.
6. Service Level Agreement
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on our website and services are the property of Aryeh & Associates or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of content you upload to our services. By using our services, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aryeh & Associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aryeh & Associates and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services at any time:
- By You: You may cancel your account at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
- By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately. We may delete your data and content after a reasonable retention period.
11. Data Backup
While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of your data and content. We are not liable for any loss of data, regardless of the cause.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
14. Severability
